West Liss Pavilion Development Advisory Committee

The West Liss Pavilion Development Advisory Committee was formed at the full Council meeting on 21st November 2011.  The prime objective of this committee is to consider the plans and drawings submitted by the architecct and be responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the project once planning approval has been obtained, subject to Council approval where necessary.

The attached plans were approved at the full Council meeting on 16.01.12 and will only change due to financial constraints.

Fundraising
The project is likely to cost in excess of £300,000.  Some funds have already been set aside and Liss Parish Council are actively preparing additional funding applications.  Local groups are also raising funds directly for this project.  How can you help?

Liss Pavilion Advisory Group

Liss Parish Councillors have unanimously agreed that the current pavilion has reched the end of its useful life.  An advisory group is now working on a project to agree the requirements of one new building, to replace the existing pavilion and Scouts Hut, and to source funding for the project.

The Advisory Group includes members of Liss Parish Council, 1st Liss Scouts, 3rd Liss Brownies, Liss Athletic Football Club and West Liss Football Club.
