The Action Plan aims to provide Liss residents with a clear understanding of the Council's priorities and objectives for the coming Council year. Whilst some of the key issues facing the parish are areas not directly under the control of the Council, we will seek to use our influence to ensure that other providers also respond to the needs and aspirations of our residents.

The Action Plan is reviewed approximately half way through the Council year in November (Council minute ref 179/23 refers) and again in February ready for the Chair's report to the electorate at the Annual Parish Meeting in March on progress made. A draft Action Plan for the following year will then be presented at the Annual Parish Meeting for consultation until its approval at the annual meeting of the Council in May.

Following a period of public consultation, the Action Plan for 2023/24 was approved at the Annual Meeting of Council on 15th May 2023.
