Cllr Budden was re-elected as Chair of Liss Parish Council in May 2021 following a first 4-year term May 2013 to May 2017 and a subsequent period as Vice-Chair. Cllr Budden has lived in Liss for most of his life and joined Liss Parish Council in 2009 (he was subsequently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2019). As Chair Cllr Budden is a member of all sub-committees, including Staff Committee. 

In addition to his parish council duties, Mr Budden is a member of East Hampshire District Council and District Councillor for Liss, together with being a trustee of the Liss, Greatham and Hawkley Friendship Fund and the Coryton Alms Houses Trust. He is also East Hampshire's representative on the South East Hampshire and Fareham and Gosport NHS Clinical Commissioning Group and Chair of the East Hants Rail Partnership.

Outside of council, Cllr Budden runs a successful Internet based publishing company.

Cllr Wilson was elected Vice-Chair of Liss Parish Council in May 2021. He joined the Council in June 2018 and was subsequently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2019. As Vice-Chair, Cllr Wilson sits on all committees. He is also Chair of the Facilities Committee, the Liss Parish Council appointee to the Liss Forest Residents Association and LPC appointed trustee to the Newman Collard Playing Fields. Cllr Wilson has a particular interest in improving and facilitating communication between parishioners, local organisations and the Council. 

Previously, he was a non-executive with local NHS commissioners and a governor of Treloar School and College.

Cllr Baker was co-opted on 5th May 2021. Cllr Baker is a member of the Facilities, Highways and Review Committees and the Project Review Group. He has recently become the LPC appointee to the Triangle Community Association and Rake Village Hall. He has particular interests in improving the recreational facilities within the Village and promoting better intergenerational relationships within the wider community.

Cllr Hargreaves joined Liss Parish Council in 2014 and was subsequently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss Forest in May 2019.  Cllr Hargreaves sits on the Facilities, Planning and Review Committees and is Chair of the Project Review Group.

Cllr Hargreaves was elected Chair of LPC in May 2017 and served a 4-year term until May 2021. During his time as Chair of LPC, Cllr Hargreaves played a key role in producing the Liss Neighbourhood Plan as project manager for the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Committee and in delivery of the new Liss Pavilion as Chair of the Pavilion Development Committee.

Cllr Linsley is a long-standing Member of Liss Parish Council having joined the Council in 2000 (he was subsequently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2019). Cllr Linsley is also the Council’s appointee to the Coryton Alms Houses Trust and the Longmoor Rural Community Partnership Meeting. He was Chair of the Council from 2010 to 2013.
