Cllr Hargreaves joined Liss Parish Council in 2014 and was subsequently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss Forest in May 2019. Cllr Hargreaves was elected Chairman in May 2017. In the role of Chairman, Cllr Hargreaves is responsible for presiding over and facilitating council meetings and is a member of all committees, including Staff Committee. Cllr Hargreaves is also the Liss Parish Council appointee to the Liss Flood Action Group.

Cllr Hargreaves played a key role in producing the Liss Neighbourhood Plan as project manager for the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Committee and in delivery of the new Liss Pavilion as Chairman of the Pavilion Development Committee.

Cllr Budden is Vice-Chairman of Liss Parish Council. Cllr Budden has lived in Liss for most of his life and joined Liss Parish Council in 2009 (he was subsequently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2019). He has served as Chairman of the Buildings Committee, Chairman of the Pavilion Development Group and Chairman of the Council from 2013-2017. He is currently a member of all sub-committees, including Staff Committee, and is Chairman of the Planning Committee.

In addition to his parish council duties, Mr Budden is Chairman of East Hampshire District Council and District Councillor for Liss, together with being a trustee of the Liss, Greatham and Hawkley Friendship Fund and the Coryton Alms Houses Trust. He is also East Hampshire's representative on the South East Hampshire and Fareham and Gosport NHS Clinical Commissioning Group.

Outside of council, Cllr Budden runs a successful Internet based publishing company.

Cllr Dodds joined Liss Parish Council in December 2012 and was subsequently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2019. He has been Chairman of the Grounds Committee from April 2013 until he became Chairman of the newly formed Facilities Committee (previously Buildings and Grounds) in May 2019. Cllr Linsley is a long-standing Member of Liss Parish Council having joined the Council in 2000 (he was subsequently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2019). He sits on the following committees: Facilities, Finance, Highways, Planning, Review and Staff. Cllr. Linsley is also the Council’s appointee to the following bodies: Newman Collard Playing Fields Trust, Coryton Alms Houses Trust, Rake Village Hall Trust and the Longmoor Rural Community Partnership Meeting. Cllr Wilson joined Liss Parish Council in June 2018 and was subsequently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss Forest in May 2019. Cllr Wilson sits on the Planning Committee. He is also the Liss Parish Council appointee to the Liss Forest Residents Association. Cllr Wilson has a particular interest in improving and facilitating communication between parishioners, local organisations and the Council and is the Council’s link with the Triangle Centre.

Outside his Parish Council duties, Mr Wilson is a non-executive with local NHS commissioners, a governor at Treloar School and College and an Executive Group member of the South East England Forum on Ageing (SEEFA).
