Cllr Budden has been Chair of Liss Parish Council since May 2021, following a first 4-year term May 2013 to May 2017. Cllr Budden has lived in Liss for most of his life and joined Liss Parish Council in 2009. He was most recently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2023. As Chair Cllr Budden is a member of all committees, including Staff Committee and a member of the Charities Working Group. 

In addition to his parish council duties,  Mr Budden is East Hampshire's representative on the South East Hampshire and Fareham and Gosport NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, Chair of the Hills to Harbour Rail Partnership and trustee of the Liss, Greatham and Hawkley Friendship Fund.

Cllr Wilson has been Vice-Chair of Liss Parish Council since May 2021. He joined the Council in June 2018 and was most recently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2023. As Vice-Chair, Cllr Wilson sits on all committees including the Staff Committee. He is also Chair of the Facilities Committee, the Liss Parish Council appointee to the Liss Forest Residents Association, LPC appointed Trustee to the Newman Collard Playing Fields and a member of the Charities Working Group. 

Previously, he was a non-executive with local NHS commissioners and a governor of Treloar School and College.

Cllr Payne was elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2023. However Paddy is not a newcomer to the Council having joined LPC in the mid 1990s and served as a councillor until 2015! He has joined the Facilities and Planning Committees and become the LPC representative to the Crossover Youth Centre.

Cllr Smith joined Liss Parish Council in April 2014 and was most recently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2023. He is Chair of the Highways Committee and a Member of the Facilities and Finance Committees. Cllr Smith leads on the Village Centre Improvement Project and manages the LPC Twitter and Instagram accounts.

Cllr Tordoff was co-opted to Liss Parish Council on 21st February 2022 and was subsequently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2023. Cllr Tordoff has joined the Highways and Planning Committees. She has become Champion for environmental and climate change issues, as well as link with local businesses and the Liss Speedwatch group.

Cllr Williams was co-opted as a Member of Liss Parish Council on 16th September 2019 and was subsequently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2023. Cllr Williams sits on the Facilities, Highways, Staff and Finance Committees and has chaired the Finance Committee since March 2020. Cllr Williams is also an LPC appointee to the Hills to Harbour Rail Partnership, Trustee to the Newman Collard Playing Fields Trust and LPC representative to the Triangle Community Centre. She is also champion for community engagement and a member of the Charities and Allotment Working Groups.
