Cllr Budden has been Chair of Liss Parish Council since May 2021, following a first 4-year term May 2013 to May 2017. Cllr Budden has lived in Liss for most of his life and joined Liss Parish Council in 2009. He was most recently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2023. As Chair Cllr Budden is a member of all committees, including Staff Committee, and sits on the Village Centre Steering Group. Cllr Budden is LPC appointee to the Hills To Harbour Rail Partnership (which he chairs).

Cllr Payne was elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2023. However Paddy is not a newcomer to the Council having joined LPC in the mid 1990s and served as a councillor until 2015! He has joined the Charities, Facilities and Planning Committees and is the LPC representative to the Crossover Youth Centre. Cllr Payne was elected as Vice Chair in May 2024 and so is a member of all committees.

Cllr Baldwin was co-opted as a Member of Liss Parish Council for Liss Forest on 16th September 2019 and was subsequently elected in the uncontested Parish Council Elections for Liss in May 2023.
